Minor issue, but the today section of my phone has a 'run' exercise that was a mistake of hitting the wrong button. I deleted the activity in the phone but it still shows up on the watch...the bottom section right before the settings option. Is there a way to remove this data? Will it roll over at some point?
That display you are talking about shows the three most recent exercises. It will gradually fade out as no exercises are recorded or, in your case, will be replaced by a different exercise you do.
