hello,
I have a versa 2 but it doesn't start up anymore, I only have a black screen or sometimes just the Fitbit logo but nothing more.

Thank you for informing us of this difficulty. This is something that might happen with some third-party clock faces. In light of this, I recommend changing your device's clock face with one designed by Fitbit.

My Versa 2 has a black screen also, even after I changed the clockface. It seems as if the device is trying to work but it cannot. Some lights appear on the screen randomly.
