I've tried resetting and leaving the versa 2 in a warm hotpress etc and it still hasn't come back. Very frustrating!!

Hi there @Jonny1971. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to restart your Versa 2 before reaching out.
Since the restart doesn't work make sure that your device is still syncing and try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

In this case, I would like to ask you for a picture of how your clock face looks. In this way it should be a little easier to identify the issue in order to determine how should we proceed.

Ok, so since the screen seems to be damaged, I'm going to request a case for you with our support team. This issue needs to be reviewed for them to determine your warranty status. Thank you so much.. The watch was bought as a present for me only last October... Hopefully a warranty covers it if not I'll sort another watch 👍appreciate your help. Cheers
