The screen of my Versa 2 popped out

Is anyone else having issues with the screen of their watch continuously popping off and not working? I recently purchased a new Fitbit after having my old one for over 5 years, all was well until one day the screen popped out. I called and got a new one sent to me. I thought no big deal things happen. This is now my second replacement and the second time this has happened. Anyone else having this problem?
