The screen on my Versa 2 won't respond when I try to select an exercise

I have been using the exercise app to log my swims and gym sessions.

The last exercise I managed to use was weights.  When I tried to select run nothing happened.

Any ideas on how to resolve this issue would be appreciated...

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Versa 2. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If the issue persists, could you please let me know if the screen is freezing only when you try to access to the exercise shortcuts? Does it work fine for any other setting?
