Nothing is working !!! The screen is frozen on the logo it wont sync it wont turn off
I tried resetting it but didn't work
I let the battery run flat didn't work
On my phone it says no tracker found
None of the buttons do anything either
Nothing is working 😥😥

Mine is doing the same, it is getting returned to AMAZON tomorrow, anything this expensive should work.

that happened to me last week with my Versa. I finally got it back up and running again - deleted app from my phone. Did a factory reset on the Versa. And then basically had to reinstall everything like it was brand new. Seemed to be fine for about 5 days - now I'm back to it not keeping track of my heart rate (which means no sleep insights) and also won't track my active hours. My Versa is less than a year old (and my 2nd one because my first one died right around the 1 year mark). I guess I'll be calling Support.
