I have a Versa and I like it. But it randomly changes my step count or fails to restart on a new day. I have days that have recorded 35K steps, 41K, and today I am over 50K. I normally get around 8-10K in a day. I have reset my Versa and it helped for a little while, but it is messing up again. What do I do?

Though I’m not having all the same issues you are, I reported to the moderator (in a prior post) that ever since I did the firmware update on 9/5/20, my Versa 2 isn’t counting steps accurately. I watched it on the APP & my watch while walking. The step count didn’t change for 30+ steps, then it jumped higher but still didn’t record them accurately. In addition, my battery life is worse since the firmware update.
