Hi there, @rabiakhan. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.

As a first approach, please bear in mind that your Versa 2 may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or it has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. So, before considering other options, make sure that your Fitbit device is syncing properly.

Nevertheless, note that the time on your Fitbit Versa 2 may also be wrong after you travel to a different time zone or when clocks change for Daylight Savings. If you changed time zones and the time on your Versa 2 is still incorrect after syncing, make sure the time zone setting is correct. For more information, see How do I fix the time on my Fitbit device?

I've moved your post to the Other Versa Smartwatches board for organization purposes.

Hi @rabiakhan  - if the watch is losing time, try a shutdown from the watch Settings menu, About, Shutdown. Wait 10 seconds and place on the charger to restart it and charge it. Then sync with the Fitbit App to set the current time correctly.
