The time on my Versa Lite won't stay accurately even after syncing

Hello

 

I have a similar problem as @Katty1949. My Fitbit versa lite synchronizes with my iPhone, but after a while it just starts playing back. At the end of the day I’m up to minimum one hour difference. 
At this moment my phone says 9:52 while my versa says 6:09. So steps are wrong, sleep is wrong, ...

 

I’ve tried synchronizing, charging, shutting down, sync hour to phone, not sync hour to phone and just the time zone, ... nothing works 😞 

 

Please help
