The top of my Versa 2's screen is unresponsive

Hi All.
I have versa 2. Top of the screen in unresponsive. When I drag the drop down menu (music / wallet / settings) menu does not come down. When I start an exercise and pause it, I cannot tap on the end option on top right corner. Has anyone experienced same issue. Any advice?

Hi there, @uyeveuye. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2. 

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I am afraid those methods did not help. But I notice that screen was responsive in the morning for few minutes when I took it off. I guess it is responding when the watch gets colder. Would that be the answer?
