The touch of the display is not working properly

My Fitbit won’t calibrate to my finger and will randomly pic an app on the opposite side of the screen. I’m starting to get frustrated with it. Have tried turning it off and back on as well as wiping the screen. I got it in March id say. Bought from shopko.
