The touch screen of my Versa 2 stopped working

Hello,

I have been recently been having trouble with the touchscreen of my Versa 2 and it is progressively getting worse. For example, if I can get it to swipe to the apps, I am unable to select the exercise app but select the timer but only the stopwatch function. I have tried both a soft and factory shutdown but nothing has gotten better. Frustrated as I've only had it for 6 months or so! Has anyone else had this problem and successfully fixed it?
