The touch screen on my Versa 2 is not working properly

In the past 2 weeks my watch has trouble reacting to swiping or any action on the face of the watch...at first it was once and awhile, now every time I want to swipe left or down or even taping a request, for example I was stuck on a paused exercise for an hour before my watch responded to my taping the pause arrow. Have cleaned the face of my watch and my fingers (thinking of filmy build up) to no avail. Very frustrated as watch is only two months old and I can’t use it for any exercise tracking or weather checking etc. Anyone had this problem? Merci Beaucoup!

Hello, thanks for the quick response. The instructions were quite short, simply to turnoff by holding down 10 seconds, wait for Fitbit logo and wait for watch to restart. Did it once, no change when restarted, still not responding to swiping or tapping. Tried a second time, still same problem... any other suggestions, am disappointed to not be able to log my exercise minutes😢
