The watch stops tracking the exercise out of nowhere

I have used my brand new Versa Lite 3 times and all of these times the watch did not track the whole cycling tour. It stops in the middle and I cannot get a full picture of my exercise. I am very disappointed with the watch.

Hi, i have the same issue but with walking. It just stops counting all the steps and km after some time. Like yesterday: in real time I walked 11km but my fitbit says 7km. Very annoying!
