There is no device lock option in the app for my Versa 2

There is no device lock option in the app for my Versa 2 and my watch is requesting me to unlock with phone.

Under NO circumstance do remove the Versa 2 from your account/app. 

Please open the Fitbit app and pull the Dashboard down to try to sync the Versa 2. 
Then tap on the devices icon ( upper left corner) > Versa 2 

The option Device Lock should then appear . 

Tap on it and find the option to reset your pin.

Having similar issue with my Sense. The fitbit is say "Unlock with Your Phone". However, on the phone I don't see the Device Lock option on the Sense page. Is factory reseting my only option?

Note: Device is still synced and receives  notifications.

Please on your phone go to the settings > Apps > Fitbit App and clear the cache. 
Restart your phone (off/on).
Open the Fitbit App .

Under NO circumstance do remove the Versa 2 from your account/app. 

In the Fitbit app, tap the Today>  tab Devices > Versa 2.
Tap Device Lock.
Find the option to reset your PIN code.

@JuanFitbit I just tried your suggestion but the device lock option is still not available.

@JuanFitbit I got through with it. I had to connect my Fitbit (log into account) on a friend's iPhone and reset the pin from there.

I believe the problem may be with the Android app on some phones.
