How come i can buy a fitbit with a discount code for fathers day in the US store (which my fitbit defaults to automatically despite changing a thousand times) but there is no discount for fathers in the UK?  Whats that all about Fitbit?

Im pretty sure Australia had fathers day discounts last year on Fathers day in Australia (not till september I think). When is fathers day in the UK or Europe?
