There was a delay on my replacement Versa

I have to start with I love Fitbit. The Versa will be my 3rd. Ok here we go.

 

Very disappointed in Fitbit with a couple of things .... I purchased the watch from amazon, when received it, I immediately started having issues. It wouldn’t connect to my phone or it would and then it would stop. Within 24 hours I had already called support and reset the watch 4 times to factory setting to start all the way over. After the 4th time, I was sent a shipping label and was told to return the watch for a replacement. It was FedEx so I assumed that it was fast shipping .... wrong! The shipping to them was a week and a half! Unbelievable! Once received they then will review and send a new one which I’m sure at this point will be snail mail also. Fitbit should have done a few things differently for better customer service. 1 could have had me send it back to amazon and have them send me a replacement or 2 as soon as they saw I had shipped out sent the new one out. It will be over a month before I get the watch back.

 

In my opinion this was a huge hit on horrible customer service on their part. I have emailed and spoken to them a number of different times and this is the process and keep saying we are going to supply you with a replacement ASAP. 😕 seriously! The day of the snail mail for purchases have come to an end. I would have gladly sent money on shipping to them for overnight had I known this was the case. Shame on you Fitbit.

I am sorry to hear about your experience with your old Fitbit Versa and our support team. Since you already have a case created with them regarding this, I recommend keeping an eye on your inbox for further updates on your order. Also, do you have the tracking number of the order? If you do, remember that with the tracking number you can track how is your order going.
