Third Fitbit sent and still one that does not work!!!!

I bought a Fitbit versa in June 2016, stopped working completely in early September. After a lot of communication was sent a replacement. This one had a horrendously faulty screen with white lines all the way down it. Eventually got a third one sent out and this one the screen just doesn’t bloody work!!!

 

what is wrong with the versa??? It’s beginning to feel like a hopeless case, all I want is a working bloody watch and to get what I paid £200 on 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Is the screen completely blank or is the touch just not working? 

 

Have you tried the usual troubleshooting starting with a hardware restart? Press and hold the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs.

 

Im guessing you have plugged it in to charge? Have you tried a different USB wall plug or even charging cable if you have one?

 

Other then that, if it still isn't working you will need to contact customer support
