Third-party clock face not working after firmware update

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've been using the Heart Rate Monitor watch face by Ben Smawfield. It's supposed to look like the attached store image, but now has ugly white lines running across the screen as in the second image.

No reply from the developer yet, but is this something Fitbit could take a look at??

Hi @PatTheDog, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the images that were attached into your post. Because this is a third-party clock face made by the developer that was mentioned in your post, my best advice for you at this moment will be to contact him directly to report this situation and to receive further assistance. Otherwise, I suggest you to use a Fitbit original clock face and let me know if you encounter an issue.

Let me know if you have any additional questions.
