Third party on-wrist calls not working

Hello!

I use a third-party app (TextNow) for my phone and have not been able to make calls come through on my watch. I've set TextNow as the default phone app (through the phone settings), disconnected and reconnected Versa 3 Controls, and updated to the most recent version of the Fitbit app (as of today, 4/27). My on-wrist calls section in the Fitbit app tells me "On-wrist calls set!" Is there anything else I can do?

For reference, I have a Motorola phone running Android 8.0.0 (it will not update any further).

Hi @thoughtless - before running the On-wrist calls in the App, go to the Bluetooth Versa 3 Controls entry and configure it to on. Also make sure that syncing is working properly, to know that the watch and the phone can talk when needed. You can use SimpleCheckUP app to see on the watch whether it's working, this might help check things are working correctly.
