I just wasted 5 hours on this useless Versa 2! I should never have purchased this thing. It is a waste of time, space and money. There are no real solutions for any issues that this thing has. You spend time setting it up and get stuck and then waste more time trying to find an answer to get you out of the mess. I am trying to load music onto this piece of crap...there is nothing that limits you from loading too much music, there is nothing that tells you how many songs are the limit. So I've spent 5 hours on this computer loading up my list to have to sit here and keep deleting songs endlessly until it (if it ever does) tell me that it will fit.
I wasted my $200 on this and should have stuck with my Versa 1 since it was loaded up with music, there was no issues getting it to work and accept the songs...this Versa 2 is HORRIBLE and I am spending too much **ahem** time trying to figure it out as are so many other people! FITBIT is doing a fine job of ripping people off and leaving them hanging in the wind. I am so pissed right now that I've wasted my night and I am no closer than I was 10 days ago from getting to use this piece of crap!!! I bet I don't even get any reasonable assistance. This is horrible and now I have a list of music that I have to spend more time dwindling down...it will probably delete itself or something once I turn the laptop off which would be a real pisser,...
Fitbit has the worst service and the biggest lack of concern for their customer base!!!!!!
