@Magic28 it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa. However, in order to avoid any misunderstanding on my end, please provide more details about the issue. By the way, thank you for providing pictures of your Versa.

So basically on Monday I charged my versa and popped it back on. Went to work and looked at versa and it was blank. So when I got home I popped it back on charge and it was showing it was fully charged so popped it back on wrist and within seconds it was blank again. So Tues I remastered it and though it was ok but again within secs it was blank again. It then started showing the pics I provided. Today I plugged it into my computer to see if that changed it but still nothing. This is the 2nd versa I have had in such a short space of time. Loosing faith in fitbits.🙁🙁
