My Versa stopped connecting to my phone sometime overnight. I deleted the app and the Versa from the app to do an entire reboot, and now I can’t get it to connect to my at all. I have good internet signal, and have followed several troubleshooting options... Anyone else have a suggestion besides ditch it?

Hi @Mary19. Try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems. What phone are you using, by the way? If nothing works then contact Customer Support
