Hi all, just a word or warning really to anyone considering buying a Fitbit Versa.
I have had mine for just over one year. I had one replacement because the screen came unstuck, another because the heart rate monitor stopped working and now the screen has come off again. What an incredibly shoddy bit of kit - I don't get it wet (even though you are supposed to be able to) or put it through any stress, it must just be very badly made.
I am not eligible for a replacement this time as I am just over the warranty. To be left with a smart watch that is held together by sellotape just over one year after getting it is terrible. I would have thought a company who makes an expensive product that breaks this much would at least be embarrassed enough to apologise or replace it anyway. The band also snapped.
Would not recommend, would not rebuy.
