Time and date are not correct on Versa

The time and date on my versa watch is incorrect. Stuck on previous day. How can I correct the time? The watch is paired with my phone but does not update the time and date. Need help.

@Rodrigma1 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it shows the incorrect time.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, try logging out of the app, restart your phone, open the app and log in. Finally, sync your Versa and see if the time and date get corrected.
