Hi

I have updated and synced my versa to my phone but the time and date won't update?

Hi there, @Debra63. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before reaching out. 

In addition to the steps you've done, please try restarting your Versa by following these steps and then try syncing once again. If that doesn't work, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
