Hi @carolwaldo and welcome to the forums.  Once you sync your Versa to your phone, the date and time will show up correctly ... assuming your phone is correct. Do you need help with setting up your Versa?

My phone has the correct time, but fitbit still does not .

@carolwaldo - Here are instructions on how to set up your Versa. Hope it helps.  If it does not, please provide more details, such as:

• Which phone or iPhone do you have?
• Were you able to download the Fitbit app to your phone?
• Is not syncing an old problem? Were you able to sync in the past?
• If this is a new Versa for you, were you able to set it up in the app?
