My Versa 3 is showing incorrect time then when I press the button on the side it updates to correct time

Try restarting your tracker by following the steps provided here and then make sure to do the following:

Open the Settings on the Fitbit app.
Tap "App settings"
Tap and change "Automatic date and time."
Sync your tracker with your mobile device.
