Time is not working, the pulse is completely off and the fitbit icon comes up all the time

Hi!

I´m having issues with my Versa. It´s kinda new, I bought it in September last year and it has been working fine since last week. All of the sudden, the time began to go slower. I managed to sync it in the mornings only when it was in the charger to my phone to set the clock and time straight, but i noticed that when it really was noon, my Versa showed that the clock was 10 am. This has gotten worse and worse by the day. Then, the fitbit icon also started to show up during the evenings, and it won’t stop showing until my clock runs out of battery. This has also gotten worse so now it comes up in the mornings right after its been fully charged. So i basically have no watch at all at the moment. 

 

Another issue is that at the same moment this started to happen, it shows my pulse totally wrong. When i wake up in the morning it can be on 120, when i workout it can be down on 90. today it even showed that my pulse was on 230... 

 

I have an iphone, but it doesn’t seem like the problem is within the phone though. 

 

Like I said, the watch is kinda new, it has been working fine since all of this happened and I have been taking good care of it. I have tried to shut it off and on and all of that but it doesn’t work either. What can be the matter with my Versa?

I have a similar problem with my Versa 2. Just got it in January and it had worked fine until today. The time is all wrong. What do I do?
