Versa is showing time 3 hours behind my correct time. Rest a few times. Shutdown a few times. Changed clocks a few times nothing seems to work. Frustrated! I need help!

You can't manually set the time but it should reset itself whenever it syncs to your phone or computer.
If it seems to be syncing ok but it's still out then check that your timezone is set correctly in your profile at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile
If you do update your timezone you will need to sync to copy the change across to your fitbit.
