My Versa has stopped displaying watch face when wrist is flicked or face tapped. Only shows when button is pressed.

Hold in left side button a few seconds;  look for 'Screen Wake';  tap to toggle on or off.

The original question which I was answering was for the original Versa.  Navigation may very on different devices.  On the Versa 3, to get to 'Quick Settings', scroll left from main clock face.  Screen Wake is the picture of a watch.
