Time of the exercises is incorrect

The time on my clock is correct, but it not tracking exercise at the right time.  When I wake up in the morning it says that I have steps in the middle of the night.  It is also 3 hours ahead for my hourly goal steps.  It's 6:40 am and it says that I am in th 10:00 hour for my daily steps.

Thanks for letting me know that the time of your exercises is incorrect. This is odd and even though the time is correct on your Versa is correct, may I know if it's syncing correctly? Is the Fitbit app and your watch updated to the latest version? Also, is your exercise data showing incorrect on your fitbit.com dashboard? Please give a try to the following steps:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Reboot your phone and restart your tracker.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  4. Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Tap the exercise tile and check your details one more time.
