Time off, can't sync, can't connect, too many floors

Is anyone else having numerous issues with the Versa? I am a longtime Fitbit user (back when no one knew what they were) and this is my 4th-5th different type (not counting the ones that Fitbit replaced when there was an issue). I have never had so darn many issues!  Noticed today that my clock isn't right (two minutes off earlier today, 5 minutes off now).  Never counts the correct number of floors. (Goes up by many floors when I'm dancing around on the same floor).  Numerous times it has been unable to sync.  Quite frequently I have to restart it to clear notifications.  And very often I don't get notifications because it won't connect.

So, is it worth keeping this?  Is Fitbit going to be able to correct these issues with software updates?  Or is the hardware junk?  I'll be upset to return it, as I have bought bands for it and a screen cover, and I'll be mad to have to back to just a plain fitbit. (I like my purple band and that it looks nicer than my Flex 2)  I can't go to an Apple Watch because I don't have an iPhone.  What would people advise?  What does Fitbit say about their ability to fix these problems?  Help! I especially am upset about the watch not showing the correct time!

Hey @ShayeGage, I appreciate the time you have taken to fix these issues, my friend. Now, let me give you a hand on them.

In regards of your Versa not showing the correct time, I think this is more related to a syncing issue. Please take a look at the tips in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Now regarding the extra floors tracked,  as you can read on this explanation, your Versa might track extra floors due to a gust of wind, a weather change or opening a door, because the altimeter on the watch detects changes on atmospheric pressure as floors. So please take those causes into consideration.

Give it a try and keep me updated.
