Time spent in heart rate zones

I did an update of my Fitbit app today.  Prior to today my Fitbit versa was showing the time spent in heart rate zones.  After the update it showing the heart rate zones but the area that shows the time spent in the heart rate zones shows zero for each zone

It has been reported by many on the boards that what you have experienced is "the norm" for the first day (possibly two days).

 

I did not experience that, but many have.
