Time zone won't change back on my watch.

I changed time zones on a road trip and my Versa 2 changed time as it should have. I am now back home and the time is off by an hour and won't change back. I have tried restarting it many times, syncing over and over again, restarting my mobile (Samsung 9). I have not done a factory reset as I've read many folks have had problems with the factory reset. I did install the most recent update on 9/9/2020 and it  updated fine. Any suggestions on other options to fix it? Thanks

Hi @Linjoyray is the time zone set to automatic or set manually to your time zone? Have you tried both settings then a sync?

Thanks for your reply. It was set to automatic. So I tried both auto and manual with a sync and still not changing time.

I am having the same issues. This is the third time it has happened. After several attempts to sync, restart, pair & unpaired, as well as delete & re-downlaod watch and app nothing has changed. In the past it has changed on it's own. This last time I left my fitbit at home to avoid this & it still changed times. This is frustrating as I have never had this problem with my charge HR.

Then the timezone to the wrong location, sync, then set it to the correct location and another sync.

Nope, it did not work.

Thought I would try one more time. I removed automatic time zone and then added it back, re-synced it and it worked. No idea why it worked this time but I'll take it. Now lets hope it stays. Thanks again for your ideas.
