Just drove back from a different time zone and my time won't change back. I tried synching and restarting the watch and no luck.

I have the same problem Michelle had; however, I have a versa lite which has only one button. How do I reset this model?
Thanks very much.

Hi @neilbloom @Jtp10, thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community. Since you mentioned that your Versa watches are displaying the incorrect time. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our Community.
@neilbloom, since you mentioned that your Versa has 1 button, you have a Versa 2, Please follow the steps listed in this help article in order to try a regular restart. After this, sync your watch and see if the time gets corrected.
@Jtp10, since you already restarted your Versa, please perform a factory reset by following the steps I shared in my first post in this thread. After this, set up your Versa from scratch and see if the time gets corrected as well.
Let me know how it goes guys.

Hi,
I have a similar problem. I noticed that since doing a software update yesterday, my Versa 2 clock is around 4 minutes slow. I've tried turning off Automatic Timezone, setting the location and syncing, unpairing and re-pairing the device, shutting down and restarting the device then syncing, switching to a different timezone, syncing, then switching back to the correct timezone and re-syncing, uninstalling and re-installing the app then syncing, switching bluetooth off then on again and switching my phone off and on again but nothing works, it's very frustrating. In addition, syncing is taking around 15-20 minutes each time I do it. I don't want to do a factory reset as I don't want to lose all my personal data and apps. What else can you suggest? I noticed that you said you turned off the time change update @MichelleLBC, how did you do that? Thanks for any assistance you can offer.
