My Versa is not showing updated stats in the today screen for my sleep, water, food or exercise. It does show total steps/miles/stairs, calories, and minutes, hourly steps, and heart rate accurately.
I've tried all of the restart suggestions, logging out of app, synching, uninstalling app and reinstalling app, force stopping, removing my Versa bluetooth connection and restarting it... nothing is working. I don't want to do a factory reset on my fitbit since I already have music on there and don't want to take hours putting it back on.
I also tried synching it with a dongle connection with Fitbit Connect on my laptop, and no luck.
Updated firmware to: 32.33.1.30
Phone: Moto X Pure

It finally synced, but today I'm having issues with the water logging from my watch to the app.

I have the same issue on my Ionic - hopefully someone has a fix...mine hasn't sync'd in quite a while, but I'm not sure when the problem started, since I don't look at it constantly.

Same problem here. Is there any solution?

I have the same issues as the author of this topic. I have tried to restart the Versa, resync and so on several times. It is really annoying! The sleep stats are stuck in a several weeks old stat, weight logging doesn’t work and it doesn’t show performed weekly exercises. This is really annoying. Must be a software issue that should be easy enough for Fitbit to fix. Doesn’t feel good that such trivial data doesn’t show accurately. Make one wonder what else doesn’t function properly.

I am experiencing the same issues. All of the information appears on the fitbit app, however, it is either not showing or shows old stats on my versa.

Add my name to this list. I see the number of steps on the watch but it doesn't show up in the summary report - or it just shows the number of minutes of walking but '0' steps. In the summary, I've also noticed that some of the entries are shown as Bike - but I don't bike. That is probably why some of my number of steps hasn't recorded - the system seems to think that my 1:56 minutes of activity on July 19 was bike - but I was walking for that duration - not biking!
Maybe if there's no answer to this thread, I'll take the watch back to Costco for a refund.
