The Floors Climbed tile(?) has disappeared from the today app and is not an option in the settings list.

anyone know where it’s gone?

Assuming you are talking about actually on the V2, not on the phone app, floors are considered part of the 'Activity' tile; when see steps, scroll right (swipe left) to get to floors.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
