Today screen on Versa shows an old run, won’t update.

On my Fitbit Versa today screen, it shows an old run from Tuesday, today is Friday.  The app on my iPhone has logged other runs since, including one today, but it does not show up on the Versa.  I have tried force quitting the app, then syncing.  I have also tried restarting the Versa.  It is keeping current with my steps, but can’t seem to update the run.  Any suggestions?

Is it because Tuesday’s run was the longest?

The runs will only show on the today screen if they are tracked using the exercise app (and NOT Smart Track). Did you manually start them in Exercise?

The runs will only show on the today screen if they are tracked using the exercise app (and NOT Smart Track). Did you manually start them in Exercise?

Ah, well that makes perfect sense.  Thank you, NellyG.

They were all smart tracked.  Not too sure how I managed to track that one run.
