Today my versa said I did 34 floors and over 12,000 steps. Today was a super lazy day... I did drive in the bumpy snow a lot. Could that be what happened? I feel my versa is off in every aspect! Is there any way to delete that data? I got a badge for something I didn’t do.

@LouieLouI Yes. That's the reason. Bumpy drives will do that. Try changing the Wrist Placement setting in your Account settings to Dominant. Also, you can give Versa a reboot by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears. To remove the "ghost" steps from driving you can manually log Driving activity in your Fitbit mobile app (or Dashboard on Fitbit.com) for the time period when you accumulated the steps.
