I believe I am getting too many steps. Is there a way to reduce the sensitivity of my Versa?  I jumped from working for 20k to not even thinking about it 35k.

Hi, try restarting your Versa several times and see if the problem is solved.

I have that same issue, I was just sitting on my coach and I knew I needed 1,400 more steps to get to 10,000 and all of a sudden my watch went off telling me I go my set goal, this has happen several times. the past two weeks and I have tried resetting and it has not help.

I did a factory reset and that seem to have worked,
