Total run time not showing in the Fitbit app-Versa 2

When completing a 5k run, my watch will show the summary on screen. However when I go onto the app to look up the stats, it will only give me my average time and not the exact time on the map of the run. For example my splits all add up to me completing a 29.24m 5k but on the map it is saying 30minutes. Very frustrating as I like to screen shot my runs and would like the total time to be on it. I bring my phone with me and gps is connected. I can see the map of my run but it just as the average times at the bottom not the exact

Thank you for the information provided.

 

If you haven't done it already, you can try the following:

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app

- Reboot your cellphone and restart your Fitbit Versa 2.

- Log back into the Fitbit app

 

Whether this doesn't help, you can uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit app.
