Hi There. 
I have noticed for the last 2 days, that my Versa 2's face touch screen is not responding. 
Is there a setting I need to change or might the there be something wrong with the Versa 2?

Hi @Valkri_S There might be something wrong,  but first try restarting the Versa 2 several times. If that doesnt fix it try a Factory Reset. If that doesnt fix it you will need to contact Support.

 BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
