Touch not working. Fitbit versa 2 does nothing when touched. Brand new

Brand new Bought two weeks ago. 
touch, swipe does nothing

 

useless at the moment

Hi @jmarconi , restart your Versa 2 three times in a row (internal reset) by long pressing the left button untill you see each time tie Fitbit logo and release the button. If that does not solve your problem, contact Customer Support about this issue. regards kuzibri

Still having issues after factory reset and contacting fitbit support

 

Obviously it’s a fitbit Versa software issue as I’ve seen a tonne of people with the same issue today
