My versa 3 just stopped working with the touch screen. I also notice that the battery is draining very fast. I have rebooted it several times and it also died because of the battery. It definitely seems like a hardware issue. Any thoughts?

Hi @Froguiman - Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you check it out.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
If it is still under warranty and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop where you bought it for a new replacement, rather than possibly getting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues that can occur for the return.
