Touch screen out of order and hours later my versa is totally blacked out

Hi. Yesterday  my versa started acting weird, I wasn't able to use the touch screen. But all looked normal on the screen. Searched the forum today for help and found that a factory reset might help. Since I can't use the touch screen I tried the other way with the 3 buttons but couldn't make it work  tried about 10 times.

But the screen still looked as before. 

Now in the evening it was suddenly totally blacked out. I tried to charge it but nothing happens. What should I do? Just had it for a couple of months 😔

The same thing has happened to mine!  It is totally black and will not respond. This seems to happen whenever there is a major IOS update. Can someone please help or

know where to find help? Thanks!

I have android so that is not the issue for me.

Mine was too, so went to the shop were I bought it and got a replacement.
