I have had my versa lite for one month and the touch screen stopped working yesterday. I can't get to the settings to reset. I have tried holding down the side button to reset and that hasn't worked either. Any other ideas?

Best AnswerIt's Fitbit doing something to solve this issue...I have mine doing the same for the past week after 8 months of useI might blame the last upgrade.
Can you please send us the solution otherwise.. otherwise we have no option thand throw it in the garbage with a bad review and look for some other product. It is a shame I have collected so many pieces with different issues... starting with the version with no wrist band replacement... what a waste of money that version was.
