Anyone know how to alter the Versa setting for this? My Blaze used to show calories burned in all settings eg. weights and yoga. I don't want the pace results - I don't move!! This surely is being investigated by FitBit as I don't really want to be editing all my exercises and deleting the real results every day!

How long do Fitbit want to 'monitor the situation'? It's not a temporary issue - it's been a problem for long enough now.
So - why not provide a fix or if you can't, tell everyone it won't be...

This frankly is unacceptable. There is no reason a software glitch can’t be fixed. Or if it’s a hardware issue then you should fix it and give us new ones

Funny that is the exact same response the original post in September got... ‘Thanks for your response @sofijomac! I have been investigating this with my team and this is an issue that they are aware of and already working to solve it, 'cause you shouldn't get pace with those exercises you mentioned. So I will appreciate your patience and understanding in the meantime. ’
I think we are all running out of patience and Fitbit should be doing more than just ‘monitoring the situation’
Highly frustrating.

Hello @ARobinson, @Dmiller428, @normstan and @Benzie85, I hope you're doing well, it's nice to see you around.
We really appreciate our members's input and feedback and I would like to thank you for yours. Our team is always looking to improve the Fitbit experience and I appreciate you have shared your experience with us. I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences this issue has caused you. Please note that our team is still working towards a resolution for this situation that's affecting the app and not the Versa itself.
Keep in mind that some issues take longer than others to be resolved but once we have more information to share, we'll make sure to post it here in the official Forums. Thanks for your patience and understanding, have a great day.

Hi @MarcoGFitbit, I'm getting the same issue with my Charge 2 when playing Tennis, distance might be useful but pace doesn't make any sense there either. Is this the same issue or being investigated under the same branch?
My biggest issue is to share the actitivies though, I used to share my activities with my trainer through the share button so we could design workouts based on calories burned and now I can't share directly, so I've been taking screenshots of the activity.

It is March 2019, and this is still an issue... I didn't have this problem when I was using the Blaze... Only reason why I changed is because the Blaze didn't keep accurate heart rate during any exercise with the exception of running..

Garmin doesn't have a generic "Workout". and when data is shared via post, it only shows time. no calories or anything. I started with Blaze, had it for 2 years. It didn't keep accurate track of my heart rate during strength training or any other exercise that wasn't running or walking. then I went to Samsun Galaxy watch, then the Active.... their calorie counts are too low and altimeter was off by a lot...
We can't win for losing...

Just to let you all know it should be working correctly now, not that Fitbit will bother telling you! It was actually only yesterday it was mentioned again on one of their insta posts and they were still saying the same scripted response even though it had been fixed!!

I've been asking FITBIT to fix this for years. But they just send out their robots with their generic responses. I truly believe Fitbit will not last because they lack the customer support other companies (like Apple) provide. When Apple discovers a bug or problem, it's fixed in days, not years (or never). Sorry FitBit but it's true, there have been multiple posts about this and you just either don't care or lack the man power to fix this. And honestly it's not a hard fix. Shame on you FITBIT

Hi, it's May 27th in 2020 and the issue is still present. Can you kindly let me know if "it is still fixed" on your end? Thank you.
