Tracker not updating on my Samsung galaxy s10 plus

My tracker didn’t up date my 250 steps every hour.  Plus it said I only had 14 minutes active...but I walked 4.4 miles.  I must be a very fast walker.  I walked every hour but the app isn’t registering it.  Also I walked 10k+ every day this week yet my app for hourly activities shows 0 of 9 ... grrrr why is this acting up all of a sudden?  I only bought my Fitbit versa a couple of months ago.

Hi @Gizmo1955  Do the correct figures show on your Versa and not the app? Or is it wrong in both places? Try restarting the Versa several times and see how it performs tomorrow
