Problems with synching on Monday 6 February 2023 briefly rectified that evening but reappeared Tuesday 7 February and continue today Wednesday 9 February 07.36 GMT. Have restarted phone, logged out of Fitbit app and uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times to no avail. When is this issue going to be fixed? Have had Fitbit for a number of years but am close to finding an alternative

Hi @Loobylou12 - presumably they are working on it still, even though annoying, it may affect people in different regions differently. Logout / login is probably the best way to establish a new connection.

Done that so many times. Now wondering having seen other posts whether it's also something to do with having a Moto g6 phone. Might try customer support
